Our chant class has been making outstanding progress lately. Through a series of practical sessions our singers, several of whom are completely new to chant, have been improving their vocal technique, learning how to read chant and working on ensemble skills. The group have been working on Mass XI Orbis Factor and the Lenten chant ‘Parce Domine.’ On Saturday 4th March at 10am, St James Coatbridge, our chant class will sing these two pieces as their public debut!
